Apostolic Faith Temple Inc. is a Bible-based church, in that we seek to base all of our beliefs and our lifestyle on explicit passages of the Bible or on biblical principles. Based on Scripture, we believe the following:

THE BIBLE

We believe and accept the entire Bible as the infallible and inspired Word of God. The Bible includes the only perfect order of our faith and way of life to which nothing can be added or taken away. (II Peter 1:20-21; II Timothy 3:16-17; Romans 1:16; Revelation 22:18-19)

GOD

We believe in one God who is infinite in power, holy in nature, attributes & purpose; omniscient; omnipresent. We believe that He was revealed to us, Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Spirit in His comforting grace that never leaves those who trust Him. (I Cor. 8:6; Eph. 4:6; 2 Cor. 5:19; Joel 2:28)

JESUS CHRIST
We believe that in Jesus Christ dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; for it pleased the Father that in Him should all the fullness dwell. (Col. 2:9; Col. 1:19

THE VIRGIN BIRTH
We believe in the virgin birth; that Jesus was both human and divine-God manifest in the flesh.

​THE RESURRECTION

We believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. We believe that He ascended on high and has sent His Spirit, the Holy Ghost, which was poured out at Jerusalem over 2000 years ago and is still filling the hearts of those who diligently seek Him today.

​BAPTISM

We believe in baptism in water by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost, speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. (Acts 2:4, 38)

GRACE

We believe in Grace.  We believe that grace is not earned, it’s appreciated.  It is God’s unmerited-undeserved plan of salvation.  Jesus purchased our salvation with His life and blood, and then gave us access to eternal life through faith in Him! (Romans 6:23, II Corinthians 9:15, and Ephesians 2:8)

​A HOLY LIFE

We believe in a holy, sanctified life, divine healing, communion, and the glorious catching away (rapture) of the saints when Jesus returns in the clouds of glory to take His people to Heaven. (I Thess. 4:3, 7, 13-17)

We Love One Another: "By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love for one another." (John 13:35)

The Gospel is Preached: "Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all long-suffering and doctrine." (II Timothy 4:2)

We Are Witnesses: "For we are not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth." (Romans 1:16)

We Regularly Worship Together : "And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another -and all the more as you see the day approaching." (Hebrews 10:23-25)

We Clap Our Hands: "O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph." (Psalm 47:1)
